Refund & Return Policy

All purchases of yarn, crafts, and notions may be returned for store credit only within 90 days of purchase. Yarn must be in unused, saleable condition. Please return yarn promptly, as no credit can be issued after 90 days.

Yarn that has been wound—either in-store or at home—cannot be returned. Please be certain you need your yarn wound before requesting this service.

Needles, hoo may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase and must be in their original, undamaged packaging.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Books, patterns, and magazines

  • Gift cards

  • Trunk show sales

  • Non-stock special orders

  • Sale items

Staff reserves the right to determine whether a product is in saleable condition.

Class Policy

All group classes must be paid in advance to reserve your seat. No walk-ins will be accepted unless specifically stated in the class description.

Class cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a store credit refund.

If The Creative Knot cancels a class after payment has been received, the class fee will be refunded in full.

All group classes must be attended on the scheduled date and cannot be rescheduled or made up.
If you miss a class and wish to schedule a make-up session, it must be booked as a private lesson at the private class rate.
