Christmas in July: Crochet Christmas Stocking Workshop, Wednesday, July 23, 11 am - 1 pm

Get a head start on your holiday crafting with our festive summer workshop! In this session, you’ll create the North Pole Stocking—a cozy striped Christmas stocking that’s perfect for gifting or decorating.

Designed for advanced beginner crocheters, this pattern features a simple, textured one-row repeat and classic holiday stripes. In class, you’ll learn:

• How to work special stitches like Half Double Crochet Increase and Decrease

• The Invisible Slip Stitch

• How to change colors cleanly and effectively

• Stocking construction techniques, including shaping and seaming

All materials are included—just bring your favorite hooks and your holiday cheer!

Jackie learned to knit and crochet as a child and has been honing her skills for over 30 years. With more than 4 years of experience working in the yarn shop, she offers both private and group classes. Jackie’s favorite projects are sweaters, and in her spare time, she enjoys painting with watercolors and pastels, baking at home, and staying active.
